The Health and Care Visa is designed to incentivise eligible health and care workers to take up employment in the UK by providing you and your dependants benefits such as fast-track entry, reduced application fees, and an exemption from the immigration health surcharge.

To qualify for Health and Care Visa, you must satisfy the following UK Visas and Immigration requirements:
- You must be applying for entry clearance or permission to stay as a Skilled Worker migrant
- You will be employed under one of the occupation codes listed in the guidance
- You will be employed or engaged by the NHS, or a defined eligible organisation or business in the health and care sector, as set out in the guidance, and
What happens if your Health and Care Visa visa application is refused:
