- Will not be allowed to add any tiers to its licence
- The sponsor’s name will be removed from the public register of sponsors during the suspension period, and
- Currently sponsored migrants should not be affected unless, after conclusion of enquiries, the Home Office decides to revoke the licence
What is the procedure to respond to the suspension decision reached by the Home Office
Once the Home Office has made a detailed suspension decision, the sponsor will have 20 working days from the date of the letter notifying it of the decision to respond to it.
