Aaryan Solicitors provides Commissioner for Oaths, Statutory Declarations, Affidavits, Oaths, Affirmations, HM Land Registry ID1 Form Verification, Certified Copies of Original Documents and Witnessing of Signatures from our office in Hayes, West London.
We regularly assist clients from Hayes, Hillingdon, Uxbridge, Southall, Hounslow, Ealing, West Drayton, Heathrow, Northolt, Greenford and throughout West London.
All appointments are strictly by prior appointment only.
Our Fees
Commissioner for Oaths (Statutory Fee)
Where the statutory fee applies:
- £5.00 each for certifying a copy of the document
HM Land Registry ID1 Form Verification
- £79.00 plus 20% VAT (£95.00 including VAT) per person.£150.00 plus VAT (On Weekend & Bank Holiday appointments available by prior appointment only and advance payment is required at the time of booking)
Witnessing a Signature
- From £20.00 plus VAT.
Where a matter falls outside the statutory Commissioner for Oaths fee or requires additional work, we will advise you of the applicable fee.

HM Land Registry ID1 Form Verification
We provide HM Land Registry ID1 Form Verification for individuals who are not represented by a solicitor or licensed conveyancer in a property transaction or Land Registry application. Our fee is £79.00 plus VAT per person (no advice given).
You must attend our office in person.We do not provide online or remote ID1 Form verification.
Please bring:
One original photographic identification document, such as:
- Current Passport
- Full UK Photocard Driving Licence
One original proof of your current residential address, such as:
- Bank or Building Society Statement
- Utility Bill
- Council Tax Bill
- Mortgage Statement
- HMRC correspondence
Proof of address must be dated within the last three months.
If suitable original identification documents are not produced, we may be unable to complete the ID1 Form verification.
Before Your Appointment
- Appointments are strictly by prior appointment only.
- Walk-in appointments are not available.
- Please bring all original documents and identification.
- Do not sign any document requiring witnessing until instructed by the solicitor.
- Payment is due at the appointment unless agreed otherwise.
- Weekend and Bank Holiday appointments must be paid for in advance.
